Ray Ankrah is the founder and Managing Director. As a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, he leads his global team, linking the geographies overseeing the services provided. Ray is fluent in the art of negotiations, he has solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical skills. He is an influential leader who is driven by the passion for the cause.

Ray heads up the Tax Department helping clients to save money and our international clients with cross border transactions.

Saaywar Assafa, BA (Hons), ACCA, Senior Accountant

Saaywar has worked with RAA since 2013. As one of the youngest Senior Accountants, Saaywar graduated from the University of Greenwich with a First Class (with Honours) in Accounting and Finance. In 2016 Saaywar was admitted as an associate member of the ACCA.

Saaywar has experience in a wide range of industries, his knowledge and skills ensure the provision of an elevated level of service.

Cecilia joined the Ray Ankrah and Associates in 2009. She is the UK firm’s Head of People and Operations. As Chief of People, Cecilia supports both clients and staff in effecting change in culture. She ensures that the firm is operating efficiently, effectively and overcoming talent-related challenges. Her responsibilities include Risk & Quality Management, Reputation and Regulation, and Compliance. Cecilia ensures that RAA is delivering on its promises to provide a service that leaves an everlasting memory on its clients.
